You retain ownership of all curriculum content you upload. By uploading, you grant The Jewish Classroom a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content to other users of the platform in accordance with the pricing you set.

You represent that:

• You own or have the right to distribute the content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your content is appropriate for the Jewish educational setting in which it is presented
• Your content does not contain material that is harmful, offensive, or contrary to Jewish values

4. Content Standards

The Jewish Classroom is a platform for Jewish schools and educators. All uploaded content should be suitable for educational use. We reserve the right to remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, inaccurate, or otherwise in violation of these terms.

5. Purchases & Payments

Paid resources are subject to the pricing set by the uploader. All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. The Jewish Classroom is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers regarding the quality or suitability of purchased materials.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading content you do not have the right to distribute
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Attempting to circumvent payment for paid resources
• Using the platform to distribute spam or malicious files
• Posting false or misleading reviews

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any curriculum content uploaded by users.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Jewish Classroom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Jewish Classroom. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
